Description:
This will be Sunday 7th July 2024 held at Rhydd Covert. Theme will be Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. We agreed that this year we didn’t quite have enough time to cover all the planned activities so we would extend the day. We will start at 10am and finish at 3pm. (Meeting for 9.45 to allow time to walk to the rec for our ‘Hello’) Have asked for the Rhydd team to assist with parking again.
4. As per this year we will ask all groups to provide a themed base/activity and groups will rotate around them, stopping for our tea party lunch at the halfway stage. Concluding with a story and songs. Further details will follow in the new year.
